Can I still redeem old rewards when the new loyalty card launches on the 28th of August 2024?
Yes, if you have existing rewards earnt on the old loyalty card you will have the date that this reward expires to redeem. Your old ‘stamps’ will reset, and you will be able to collect exciting new rewards with the new Masters of Steak Club. Make sure to collect points on your next visit to one our restaurants.
How do I collect points?
You can collect 100 points each time you visit Miller & Carter, ask a member of our team to scan your loyalty card and spend a minimum of £15.
Can I collect more than 100 points per visit?
You can collect a maximum of 100 points a day.
Where can I see how many points I have collected?
Navigate to the Wallet tab to see your rewards card in more detail.
I collected points but it isn't showing in my Rewards Card.
Points should show in your wallet as soon as you pay your bill if you have asked a member of our team to scan your loyalty card. if you haven’t collected points that you were expecting and it has been longer than 24 hours, please head to Miller & Carter Customer Services • Complaints & Review (millerandcarter.co.uk)
Can I collect points when paying with a gift card?
Yes, you can collect points when paying your bill with a gift card. You will need to spend a minimum of £15 during your visit.
Will my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire after 24 months of registering.
If I forget to show my rewards card and collect points in the restaurant, can I add my points later?
Our team will need to help you with that request. Head to Miller & Carter Customer Services • Complaints & Review (millerandcarter.co.uk) to let us know. we will need your details and a receipt from a recent visit.
Where can I see what rewards, I have earned?
Sign in on our website or visit your app and navigate to the Wallet tab for more detail and to see your rewards.
How do I redeem my rewards?
1. Make sure you have ordered an eligible item with your server
2. Show your server the voucher in your wallet for them to scan and redeem your reward.
I collected a reward, but it isn't showing in my rewards wallet

Will my rewards expire?
Yes, each reward has a unique expiry date on it based on when it was earnt. Click on the reward to check out its expiry date.
How do I become a VIP?
Collect more than 400 points and you will automatically unlock VIP benefits.
What do I get as a VIP?
You will receive a monthly complimentary cocktail treat, an extra special birthday treats and tempting VIP benefits added to your wallet as you continue to collect points.
What happens if I gain more than 1200 points?
Congratulations! You will have completed the loyalty scheme. You’ll restart your points back to zero and be able to start the loyalty journey again, collecting points and rewards. You’ll maintain your VIP status and enhanced VIP benefits.
